Lesli Ott is the Founder & CEO of Menther, a digital platform specifically designed to empower and advance women globally through guided female mentorship matching and ongoing support. She is an applied economist, data scientist, and full-stack software developer with a passion for using data-driven technology to create scalable business solutions that address social issues.
Prior to founding Menther, Lesli built and led data-driven technology teams at Google spin-out and tech unicorn Cityblock Health and recently-acquired tech startup Remedy Partners. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in data and technology at Yale University and the Federal Reserve. Lesli is also a founding member of Chief, a private women's network focused on connecting and supporting executive-level female leaders. She holds Master’s degrees in both Economics and Mathematics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
